From observation to innovation

VenueVista was born from a simple observation: live entertainment venues run on outdated, fragmented tools. Box office in one system, guest management in another, staff scheduling on a spreadsheet, and revenue insights scattered across a dozen reports nobody reads. We knew there had to be a better way.

Founded in Hamburg, Germany, VenueVista was created with a vision to bring modern SaaS intelligence to the live entertainment industry. We looked at how airlines optimize every seat, how hotels maximize revenue per available room, and asked: why can't venues operate with the same precision and insight?

Drawing inspiration from revenue management principles — EMSR-b models, booking curve analysis, displacement analytics — we built a platform that thinks the way venue professionals think, but with the power of AI and real-time data working behind every decision.
